How do I know an item will fit?
We provide measurements for all items where possible. Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and are listed in inches. As sizing can vary between brands, we recommend comparing the measurements provided with a similar item you already own to ensure the best fit.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email. We use trusted UK delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
How do you grade condition?
We use the following condition ratings:
- 🏷️ NWT – Never worn, tags attached
- ✂️ NWOT – Never worn, tags removed
- ⭐ Very Good – Gently used, no visible flaws
- 👍 Good – Minor signs of wear, great condition
Any imperfections will be clearly shown in the photos and mentioned in the product description.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with any original tags attached where applicable.
A £3.99 return handling and shipping fee will be deducted from eligible refunds. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, no return fee will be charged.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 3–5 working days, and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free UK standard shipping is available on orders over £40.
Are your items new?
Most items are preloved and individually sourced. Any new items with tags will be clearly marked as New With Tags (NWT).
Are any purchases final sale?
Due to the nature of preloved clothing, all items are carefully inspected and described. Please check measurements before purchasing. Sale items may be non-returnable where stated.
